Q: Does the price include set up and delivery?
A: Yes, although additional fees may apply for areas farther out. Remember prices do not include sales tax.
Q: What is your delivery area?
A: Almost everywhere, all of our deliveries have a travel fee. Please call our office for a current quote.
Q: Does the rental time include your set up time?
A: No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.
Q: When do you set up?
A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive 1-2 hours before the rental time begins. If we have a lot of rentals that day, we may need to set up as early as 4 hours in advance. If this is the case, we will call the day before to confirm that someone will be at the party location.
Q: We´ve rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
A: No. Jump'N cleans and disinfects after every rental.
Q: Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A: Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That´s why we require an outlet within 50´ of the unit or a generator. Cord runs of over 100' can pop your circuit breaker.
Q: What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
A: We love setting up at parks but most parks do NOT have electricity. If you want to set up at a park, you must rent a generator. We rent generators at a reasonable cost. Also, parks are first come, first serve so get your spot early in the day.
Q: What payments do you take?
A: Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
Q: What if we need to cancel?
A: Deposits are non-refundable but are good for a rain-check for six months.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes all orders require a small good faith non-refundable. If you cancel between prior to your rental being deliveried you will be given a raincheck that is good for six months.
Q: How big are the inflatables?
A: Please note the space required for each inflatable (listed near the large picture) as some are VERY big and require extra space. When in doubt, measure your space to make sure it will fit. Jumps need room to be staked and they need room for the blower and can´t rub against walls or trees as this may damage the jump. The sizes listed with each unit include the space needed for stakes etc. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, please call our office to discuss options for setup.
Q: What about the big inflatables? Any special requirements?
A: Check the requirements listed with each unit. Also, make sure you have at least a 4´ access to the area where it will be set up. The units can weigh up to 900 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
Q: What surfaces do you set up on?
A: We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Sorry, we can´t set up on any type of rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumps.
Q: Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A: Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don´t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Deposits are non-refundable at the time of the booking. If the rental is canceled for any reason be it ours, yours or the weather your deposit is non-refundable. The deposit can be used towards a future rental for up to six months from the date of the original rental. Any payments made over the deposit will be refunded within 5 business days.
For orders of $500 or more you must email us more than 7 days before your event to cancel with no penalty. Any order over $500 canceled within 7 days will be charged 50% of the rental price.
